Fitness One is adding 6000 sq ft to our already exiting 12,000 sq ft facility.  We are adding a women's locker with private sauna, a new 1800 sq ft group fitness room, a women's only area, 25 new pieces of cardio equipment, an additional stretching/core area, & more free wt equipment.  The current locker rooms will be remodeled into a larger men's locker room.  We will also be expanding our day care area once the addition is completed, which is estimated to be around October 15, 2011!
